KOBA’s Hydraulic Buffers are high-performance hydraulic energy absorption solutions designed to effectively absorb impact energy generated in large industrial equipment and transfer systems, protecting structures and machinery.

Through a damping structure based on hydraulic oil and gas compression, impact energy is absorbed gradually. The Multi-Orifice design provides stable and consistent deceleration performance under various load conditions.

In addition, even under repetitive impact and emergency stop conditions, the buffer maintains low recoil and stable control performance, minimizing equipment damage while improving process stability and safety.

After the impact absorption process is completed, the compressed gas chamber applies force toward the oil chamber, causing the check valve installed in the piston to open, which returns the piston rod to its original position.
